About this course

The ability to communicate effectively is an important skill for surgeons and it’s critical to patient safety. Communication problems are root causes of serious adverse events leading to patient harm. Unlike in the past, nowadays it is increasingly apparent that communication and other nontechnical skills are critical to safe surgical performance and outcomes.

Through this course, surgeon can:
