Technologies such as wearable devices, mobile apps and intelligent monitoring devices that use machine learning, provide an opportunity for the NHS to harness the breadth and depth of patient data that it holds to support a healthier future for patients and the public. This online course will help you draw together the information needed to understand and improve the quality of care. You’ll examine both the quantitative and qualitative sources available to you, including clinical incident reports, mortality rates, complaints, staff surveys and feedback from colleagues.
